Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate production schedules based on orders, capacity, inventory, and priorities.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Quality, Engineering and Shipping to ensure resources are available.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for changing requirements, shortages, downtime, and constraints.
• Prioritize and sequence work orders to maximize efficiency and meet delivery commitments.
• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding schedules, status, and delivery timelines.
• Analyze workflows, capacity utilization, and scheduling data to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data including work orders, status, and priorities.
• Track schedule attainment and escalate risks to delivery dates as needed.
• Participate in daily production meetings to communicate priorities and changes.
• Maintain records and documentation for schedules and performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning, inventory, and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
