Job summary

ProMach, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Planner to support our Machinery Manufacturing team. You will plan and coordinate production activities, manage work orders in Syteline ERP, and ensure on-time delivery.

You'll collaborate across manufacturing, purchasing, customer service, and supply chain to resolve shortages and optimize schedules, while supporting cycle counts and continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers growth in a dynamic, global packaging company.

Qualifications

• Experience using Syteline ERP to manage work orders and production schedules.
• Ability to analyze sales orders, material requirements and capacity.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration across manufacturing, purchasing and supply chain.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Attention to inventory accuracy and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage machinery assembly and subassembly work orders using Syteline ERP.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to support on-time delivery goals.
• Analyze orders, materials, and capacity to pre‑empt delivery issues.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, customer service and supply chain teams.
• Monitor material availability and resolve shortages or scheduling conflicts.
• Review inventory and production reports to improve efficiency.
• Support cycle counts and inventory management initiatives.
• Escalate urgent production needs to the appropriate teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
• Assist with supplier management and supply chain performance improvement.
• Ensure schedules align with forecasts, blanket orders and master production schedules.
• Close out finished machinery orders and perform related duties.
