Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Production Planner for our South Bend, IN site. This on-site role focuses on optimizing production schedules and coordinating complex plans to support seamless supply chain operations.

The candidate will analyze demand and supply data, collaborate with multiple departments, and report to the Production Planning Manager to ensure material availability and proactive issue resolution at our South Bend facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in production scheduling, inventory control, and material requirements planning (MRP) systems.
• Proficiency with ERP software such as SAP or PeopleSoft to manage production data and schedules.
• Ability to analyze complex demand and supply data to optimize production plans and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
