Job summary

Cook Compression, a Dover Precision Components brand, is hiring a Production Planner for our Jeffersonville, IN facility. You will develop and manage the master production plan, coordinating with production, supply chain, and engineering to align schedules with demand.

You will forecast capacity, optimize routings, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining data accuracy in routing and BOMs. Teamwork, adaptability, and strong Excel skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to troubleshoot and adapt to changing demands.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the master production plan with cross-functional teams.
• Forecast, schedule, and adjust production to meet delivery requirements.
• Clarify Routing & BOMs and support data accuracy.
• Monitor order flow and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Close job orders daily for assigned value streams.
