Job summary

IEA, LLC is seeking a Production Planner Expeditor to coordinate schedules, expedite work orders, and optimize manufacturing workflows at the Kenosha Plant. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to ensure timely delivery of components and maintain supply chain efficiency.

This role emphasizes ERP-driven planning, daily priority reporting, and maintaining production metrics, with occasional travel to Somers, WI as relocation occurs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in manufacturing scheduling or planning.
• Must be able to coordinate production schedules in ERP and communicate status.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and expedites to meet deadlines.
• Generate and communicate daily priority reports to leads.
• Maintain on-time performance and efficiency metrics.
• Collaborate with procurement for raw materials and lead times.
• Prepare and distribute work orders, drawings, and packets for manufacturing.
• Attend daily production meetings and report schedule updates.
