Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years using MRP/ERP systems (Dynamics 365).
• 2+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing facility, aerospace or machine shop preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Create and maintain work orders in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with IPT to achieve on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and report to management.
• Ensure adherence to QMS policies and procedures.
• Communicate objectives to manufacturing and materials teams.
