Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Review material availability and release work orders ready for kitting.
• Coordinate replenishment activities with procurement.
• Support production with part shortages.
• Manage work order material and approve returns of unused components.
• Update open work orders with any configuration changes.
• Confirm all open STO (stock to order) work orders and deliver to logistics.
• Maintain Kanban/safety stock levels based on supply/demand analysis.
• Analyze work order variance and close work orders after system completion.
• Escalate financial bearing discrepancies as needed.
• Follow Entegris planning policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
