Job summary

Point Blank Enterprises in Florida is seeking a program specialist to support Defense Production Planning. You will collaborate with engineering and materials to ensure accurate records, finalize lots, and manage shipping reports to meet client and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, fluency in English, and the ability to work with MS Office; ISO 9001/AS9100 experience is preferred. Occasional overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish language preferred.
• Experience generating, reading and understanding complex reports required.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of Programs from conception through completion while meeting all internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Reports To: Program Director - Defense Body Armor

FLSA Status: Salary

Position Summary: Responsible for supporting Defense Production Planning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other engineering functions within TPG to aid and assist in project/product transitions.
• Ensure final products for each lot are accurate and required records are complete.
• Maintain final serial number lists as required.
• Work with Materials department to ensure arrival of correct parts.
• Close final lots.
• Ensure Final Packing is done correctly and ensure accuracy of Final Shipping Reports; and
• Support the management of Programs from conception through completion while meeting all internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications/requirements: Fully fluent in the English language in both oral and written form. Ability to communicate in Spanish language preferable. Proficient in MS Office. High energy and self-driven individual.

Other Qualifications/requirements: Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

Ability to maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards.

May be required to work daily overtime and occasional weekends.
