Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma with 7+ years of experience, including 2–4 years in customer service and 5+ in operations, plus strong MS Office skills and Oracle ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 7+ years of experience, including 2–4 years in customer service and 5+ in operations (coatings experience preferred).
• MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills required; strong MS Office proficiency.
• ERP experience, particularly Oracle, is expected.
• Must be self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities with firm deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day with plant personnel to schedule customer orders and respond to inquiries.
• Identify and help resolve impediments to schedules with production management and engineering.
• Maintain relationships with customers on delivery schedules and issue resolution.
• Maintain inventory counts across process steps using Oracle and physical counts.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer visits about inventory and WIP reconciliation.
• Ensure data integrity of digital representations of inventory and order status.
