Job summary

Key responsibilities include critical path analysis, materials/status tracking, and clear communication with stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP systems is preferred, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/AA with 2 years related experience.
• Ability to perform critical path analysis and schedule deliverables.
• Experience with Windows-based systems and ERP/MRP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform critical path analysis to identify and mitigate production delays.
• Analyze material configuration and job status using computer systems.
• Coordinate workflow through multiple work centers to secure resources and meet deadlines.
• Identify goals to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Communicate schedule developments to stakeholders and management.
• Conduct schedule/risk analyses and drive improvement-based solutions.
