Job summary

The role requires coordinating with manufacturing, supply chain, and program teams while adapting to changing conditions and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.

The ideal candidate will manage MRO schedules, perform critical path analyses, and monitor WIP and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• Experience in a highly schedule-based manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) schedules to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
• Perform detailed schedule analysis, including critical path analysis, to mitigate material shortages and backlogs.
• Monitor shop order status and WIP, ensuring location accuracy and identifying inventory discrepancies.
• Analyze material configuration and project status using Windows-based systems and software.
• Coordinate workflow through manufacturing and test work centers to meet deadlines.
• Communicate schedule status to stakeholders clearly.
• Overtime, weekends, holidays and second shift may be required to support project requirements.
