Job summary

Italmatch USA Corporation is seeking a Production Planner for the Smyrna Plant to coordinate production scheduling, inventory planning, and cross-functional collaboration. This role ensures schedules align with customer orders, material availability, and plant capacity while maintaining quality and service standards.

The position requires 3–5 years in production planning or related fields, with process/chemical manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory management or related manufacturing functions.
• Experience in process/chemical manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage production schedules based on demand, orders, inventory, and plant capacity.
• Coordinate with Operations and other departments to ensure material availability for production.
• Adjust schedules and priorities in response to changes in demand, constraints, or feedstock.
• Monitor production progress and identify scheduling risks to protect customer commitments.
• Support efficient plant capacity use and appropriate inventory levels.
• Communicate product availability and status to Customer Service.
