Job summary

Italmatch USA Corporation in Smyrna Plant seeks a Production Manager to lead all manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production while driving continuous improvement and employee engagement.

You will coordinate with maintenance, quality, planning, and logistics; manage budgets and reporting; and coach supervisors, operators, and technicians to meet product specifications and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
• 10+ years in chemical manufacturing with 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of batch processing and Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/MES systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must complete DHS background check, pre-placement physical (including respirator clearance), and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead all manufacturing operations at the Smyrna Plant, ensuring safe, efficient production and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Logistics to optimize operations.
• Drive Lean initiatives and monitor KPIs: output, yield, downtime, and OEE.
