About the Role: The Program Production Planner will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule, contributing to the company's success.

Essential Functions:

• Perform critical path analysis to identify and mitigate delays impacting production schedules.
• Analyze material configuration and job order status using Windows-based systems.
• Coordinate workflow across departments to meet customer demands and schedules.
• Set goals for project completion within deadlines.
• Communicate schedule details effectively to stakeholders and management.
• Conduct schedule, risk, and process improvement analyses to develop solutions.
• Lift, twist, and rotate up to 32 pounds regularly.
• Work overtime, weekends, holidays, or second shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary education with 0-2 years of experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing or schedule-driven environments.
• Knowledge of project or program execution techniques.
