Job summary

XLR8 EMS is seeking a detail‑oriented Production Coordinator to monitor schedules, coordinate the flow of materials and work orders, and support production teams on the shop floor in San Clemente, CA.

You will use ERP/MRP systems, track inventory, resolve delays, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve workflow.

The successful candidate will communicate status to supervision, maintain records, and collaborate across departments to meet deadlines.
