Job summary

Qualifications

• BAC +2 ans minimum en planning, chaîne d'approvisionnement, opérations ou domaine connexe.
• Expérience en planification et MRP dans un environnement manufacturier.
• Capacité à analyser des données opérationnelles et à utiliser des systèmes d'entreprise.

Responsibilities

• Établir et maintenir les plannings de production répondant à la demande et à la capacité.
• Analyser signaux de demande, disponibilité des matériaux et contraintes de production.
• Coordonner les activités de reprise en production face aux pénuries et retards.
• Surveiller les stocks en cours et les backlogs pour atteindre les objectifs.
• Maintenir les données de planification (lead times, niveaux de stock).
• Collaborer avec Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Engineering et Global Supply Chain.
• Soutenir les changements d'ingénierie et les transitions produit en minimisant les invendus.
• Conduire des améliorations continues via data et indicateurs de performance.

This role is responsible for developing and executing production plans that ensure customer demand, service, inventory, and operational objectives are achieved. Working closely with Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Sourcing, and Operations teams, the Production Planner balances supply and demand across a complex manufacturing environment while driving schedule adherence and inventory performance. The Production Planner manages production schedules, inventory performance, and backlog recovery activities while proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could impact product availability. Using Blue Yonder (BY) and SAP, this position analyzes demand signals, coordinates production execution, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures alignment with business objectives to support service, inventory, and cost goals. This position is based at the Plymouth Nathan Lane facility in Plymouth, Minnesota and is an onsite role. Team members are expected to work onsite five days per week to support cross-functional collaboration and manufacturing operations. No travel is required for this position. The Production Planner is responsible for developing and executing production plans that align customer demand, inventory targets, and manufacturing capacity. This role partners closely with Operations, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Sourcing, and Global Supply Chain teams to maintain product availability, support schedule attainment, and drive inventory performance.
