Job Title: Production Planner

Location: Onsite

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing setup (any industry)
• Knowledge of inventory management & production planning
• Good analytical skills
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Graduates in BBA, Mathematics, or related fields

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, preferably in Operations or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of one year in an operations role
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

The Production Planner will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities for assigned products, as well as managing the flow of goods between client facilities within North America. The goal is to optimize scheduling and movement of finished goods to ensure excellent customer service, meet Net Working Capital goals, and utilize distribution center space efficiently. The role also includes replenishment responsibilities for selected suppliers or production units as assigned by the supervisor.

Essential Duties:

• Schedule production according to plans and customer requirements
• Plan and execute purchase orders for suppliers or production units
• Analyze and report plant performance against schedules
• Plan and execute transfer orders between warehouses
