Base pay range

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules to support on-time delivery and workflow optimization
• Coordinate planning activities between assembly and machine shops to balance capacity and demand
• Monitor material availability, work orders, and lead times to prevent delays
• Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to manage priorities and resolve bottlenecks
• Analyze production performance data and adjust plans as needed to meet output targets
• Maintain accurate records of job status, part movement, and production timelines
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling, inventory, and efficiency

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a production planner or scheduler in a manufacturing setting
• Direct experience working with both assembly and machine shop operations is required
• Strong understanding of machining processes, production flow, and job routing
