Skechers USA Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Production Planner to organize, plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor production processes throughout the fulfillment cycle to meet customer delivery expectations.
This role manages the flow of goods to the distribution center, assesses inventory, equipment status, and production capacity, and collaborates with frontline leaders to optimize real-time workflow and labor deployment.

The Production Planner is responsible for organizing, planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring production processes throughout the fulfillment cycle. This role ensures timely execution of orders to the Distribution Center (DC) to meet customer delivery expectations.

Monday - Friday / 1st Shift
Manage, facilitate and monitor the flow of goods to meet established production schedules and customer demands. Evaluate inventory levels, equipment status, and production capacities to ensure readiness. Understand and utilize demand forecasts and capacity analysis to anticipate and plan for production changes Gather and analyze production progress reports, order statuses and inventory positions to maintain process control. Collaborate with frontline leaders to optimize real time workflow and labor deployment. Exercise sound judgment within defined procedures to resolve workflow issues. Track and monitor product flow in real time to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of production and customer orders. Proactively mitigate disruptions by escalating appropriately and applying critical thinking. Communicate production status updates and elevate order flow issues to operations leadership and support teams. Continuously identify and recommend productivity improvement and cost saving opportunities.
Bachelors required and 5+ years of experience in production environment. Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory control, and order fulfillment best practices Capable of working in high level production activity with critical timelines supporting large groups Working knowledge of WCS or WMS software preferred. Professional, motivated, self-starter and excellent communication skills Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and departments. Salary 72,000 - 77,000
