Responsibilities

• Manage flow of goods to meet production schedules and customer demands.
• Evaluate inventory levels, equipment status, and production capacities.
• Use demand forecasts and capacity analysis to plan production changes.
• Analyze progress reports and inventory positions to maintain control of processes.
• Collaborate with frontline leaders to optimize real-time workflow and labor deployment.
• Communicate production status updates and escalate order-flow issues to leadership.
