Job summary

SDI International is seeking a Production Planner to develop and manage production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient resource use. You will coordinate across Master Scheduling, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics to align priorities and drive actions.

Responsibilities include monitoring processes, proposing improvements for throughput, and reporting on key metrics. A relevant Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, or Supply Chain required
  • Strong knowledge of production control principles, capacity planning, and inventory management
  • Proficiency with ERP / MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Ability to analyze production data and identify trends to improve performance
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement

Production Planner
Responsibilities
Production Scheduling

Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules to ensure efficient utilization of resources and on-time delivery of customer orders.

Basic Qualifications

2-5 years’ experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, or Supply Chain required

Strong knowledge of production control principles, capacity planning, and inventory management.

Proficiency with ERP / MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).

Ability to analyze production data and identify trends to improve performance.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or other related field preferred.

Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.

Familiarity with advanced planning and scheduling tools.
