Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually

Position Summary:
The Production Planner is responsible for coordinating the production schedule, ensuring that manufacturing processes align with demand forecasts, inventory levels, and customer orders. This role involves planning and optimizing the production flow, ensuring resource availability, and collaborating with different departments to meet production targets while maintaining efficiency and quality. The Production Planner plays a crucial role in supporting the supply chain and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure materials and resources are available for production.
  • Monitor and adjust production schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or unforeseen delays.
  • Analyze production capacity and resource utilization to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Work closely with the quality control team to ensure production standards are met and products are manufactured to specification.
  • Track production progress and update schedules to reflect any changes or delays.
  • Communicate regularly with internal departments and external suppliers to align production and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain management team to manage inventory levels and avoid overstock or stockouts.
