STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is seeking a Production Planner to take ownership of coordinating subassemblies and topline schedules to meet delivery commitments.

The role focuses on releasing daily work orders, aligning lead times, and collaborating with purchasing and master planning to ensure materials are on hand for on-time production.

Responsibilities

• Releases work orders daily to operations that meet the Master Production Schedule.
• Coordinates all activities on subassemblies and toplines to meet or exceed manufacturing due dates.
• Communicates with purchasing and master planning regarding material requirements to support releases and work in process.
• Supports administration of manufacturing work orders through performing work order splits and quantity adjustments.
• Reviews master production schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
• Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
• Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
• Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

Qualifications
