Aufgaben

• Execute the production plan released by the Master Scheduler and drive customer commitments and On-Time Delivery performance.
• Review production priorities, backlog, and customer commitments using SAP and daily production management tools.
• Coordinate Fabrication, Base Switch Assembly, Panel Wiring, Logistics, and Final Assembly activities based on takt times and manufacturing requirements.
• Lead daily production meetings, monitor schedule attainment, track work-in-progress, and identify production risks.
• Remove bottlenecks related to labor, materials, capacity, and equipment, and communicate recovery plans to key stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, lead-time reduction, and schedule adherence.

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator. This position will be based at our Hingham factory.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Executing the production plan released by the Master Scheduler and driving customer commitments and On-Time Delivery performance.
• Reviewing production priorities, backlog, and customer commitments using SAP and daily production management tools.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in production planning, production control, manufacturing operations, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a high-mix manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple manufacturing areas and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Advanced knowledge of material planning, material requirements planning, and inventory management.
• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management certification.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Power BI reporting.

The pay range for this position is $75K - $102K annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
