Job summary

Wall Colmonoy’s Aerobraze division in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Production Planner to develop, coordinate, and maintain production schedules that meet customer delivery commitments while optimizing material, machines, and labor utilization.

You will plan workflows, manage inventory, release manufacturing orders in ERP (Dynamics 365 preferred), and collaborate with purchasing and manufacturing to resolve bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality parts.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of production process, capacity planning and inventory management.
• Proficiency in ERP system required, Dynamics 365 is preferred.
• Analytical and numerical skills for working with forecasts, capacity data and inventory statistics.
• Capable of critical thinking to identify issues and implement corrective plans.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Aerobraze, a division of Wall Colmonoy manufactures turbine engine components like turbine nozzles, turbine vanes, complete turbine engines (both manufacturing and repair), diffusers, honeycomb seals and segments, heat shields, and parts for various turbomachinery.

SUMMARY:

The Production Planner is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining production schedules to ensure customer delivery commitments while making efficient use of materials, machines and labor. This role plans production workflows, manages inventory levels, and works closely with cross- functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality products.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' manufacturing planning experience. Aerospace manufacturing preferred,
