Mason designs, manufactures, and markets highly engineered products and systems for aerospace and defense markets. The Production Control Coordinator will supervise with management guidance, supporting training, planning, and directing work to meet goals.
You will work with MRP, scheduling, lean initiatives, and cross‑functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and efficient production cadence.

The Production Control Coordinator will carry out supervisory responsibilities with management guidance, keeping in mind the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities will include assisting with training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; in meeting scheduled goals. The position requires process knowledge, leadership skills, teambuilding skills, and effective communication.
