Job summary

AuBurn Long Term Care Pharmacy in Wichita, KS seeks a Full-Time LTC Production Pharmacy Technician to join our team. You will prepare and fill bubble cards and medications for daily deliveries and cycle fill. Schedule is five 8-hour shifts (9am-6pm) Monday–Friday with rotational weekend hours.

Must be a Kansas Registered Pharmacy Technician; Nationally Certified Technician and prior LTC experience are preferred. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a Kansas Registered Pharmacy Technician.
• Nationally Certified Technician preferred.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and fill bubble cards and medications for daily deliveries and cycle fill.
• Assist with automation robots, sterile and non-sterile compounding.
• Support nursing facilities with cycle exchanges and maintain accuracy during shift.

AuBurn Long Term Care Pharmacy has an opening for a dedicated professional to join our team. Located in Wichita, KS, our closed-door pharmacy serves local nursing homes, group homes and other similar facilities. We have an immediate need for an experienced Full-Time LTC Production Pharmacy Technician. Schedule is five 8-hour shifts (9am-6pm) Monday - Friday with rotational weekend hours.

The listed opportunity for a production pharmacy technician mainly includes preparing and filling bubble cards and medications for daily deliveries and cycle fill with opportunity to learn and rotate in other areas of production (running automation robots, sterile and non-sterile compounding, and assisting our nursing facilities with cycle exchange). Must be able to lift up to 30lb, stand, climb stairs, and walk throughout shift. Candidates must display great customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to communicate effectively throughout shift. Must be a Kansas Registered Pharmacy Technician. Nationally Certified Technician and previous work experience in a Long Term Care pharmacy is preferred. Will train the right person.
