AuBurn Long Term Care Pharmacy in Excelsior Springs, MO, is hiring an experienced Full-Time Order Entry Pharmacy Technician for a 40-hour work week in a LTC setting.

The role involves reviewing and entering prescription orders from various sources, triaging calls, refilling prescriptions, and collaborating with staff to ensure timely medication delivery for residents in long-term care and assisted living facilities.

Qualifications

• Missouri licensed Pharmacy Technician required (active license).
• Several years of experience preferred in LTC or closed-door pharmacy environments.
• No direct patient communication; focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsabilités

AuBurn Long Term Care Pharmacy has an opening for a dedicated professional to join our team. Located in Excelsior Springs, MO, our closed-door pharmacy serves local nursing homes, group homes and other similar facilities.

We have an immediate need for an experienced Full-Time Order Entry Pharmacy Technician.

This position will be Full Time up to 40 hours/week.

This position requires reviewing and entering prescription orders from a variety of sources, answering and triaging phone calls, refilling prescriptions and working with pharmacy staff to provide timely and accurate medication delivery. Our patients reside in long-term care and assisted living communities and there is little direct patient communication. Data entry is a dynamic work environment that requires focus and attention to detail. Several years of experience is preferred.

You must already be licensed with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy with an active Pharmacy Technician license.
