Job summary

Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy in Boothwyn, PA, is hiring a Pharmacy Technician- Production for a Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM schedule. We are a long-term care pharmacy serving individuals with developmental disabilities across the United States.

The role involves pulling stock, dispensing and labeling prescriptions, unit-dose packaging, labeling blister cards, organizing prescriptions, QA checks, and preparing orders for delivery, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Active PA State Board of Pharmacy Technician License.
• Able to perform pharmacy calculations.
• Understands basic pharmacy language to interpret prescriptions.
• Ability to complete projects promptly.
• Ability to work with little oversight and/or guidance.

Responsibilities

• Pull correct stock bottles from inventory and stage prescriptions for packaging.
• Accurately dispense and label prescription orders.
• Prepare unit-dose packaging (e.g., blister cards) as directed.
• Pull pre-packed blister cards and affix labels.
• Sort and organize completed prescriptions.
• Perform quality assurance checks as directed.
• Prepare orders for delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
