Job summary

Ferrero in Bloomington, IL, is seeking a Production Performance Analyst to support the UGP Manager with data and information to manage the product unit. You will drive performance monitoring across lines, materials, efficiencies, quality, and labor, and contribute to directional reporting.

Your responsibilities include SAP PP-PI monitoring, monthly closings, budget preparation with the Controlling Unit, line performance analysis, scheduling planning with the Planning department, stock

Qualifications

• Knowledge of production processes and related systems.
• Familiar with production cycles, efficiencies and stock management.
• Knowledge of inventory processes.
• Knowledge and application of production KPIs.
• Knowledge of planning techniques.
• Knowledge and application of production performance analysis methods.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the UGP Manager and Controlling Unit in production headcount budget planning.
• Supports information for investment and general expenditure budgets.
• Establishes performance objectives for production lines.
• Monitors and analyzes production data in SAP PP-PI (materials, hours, process orders).
• Supports monthly production closures and cost tracking.
• Analyzes data to optimize long-term production output, including materials, labour, machines and scheduling.
• Leads line performance analysis and shares findings in production meetings.
• Manages stock adjustments and coordinated inventory counts with supervisors and warehouse.
• Reconciles SAP and payroll hours.
