Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a Production Factors Analysis Manager (PFA) to lead quantitative performance management at the plant level. You will develop models, monitor KPIs, and drive data-driven improvements in production efficiency, materials and labor utilization, and waste reduction with close collaboration to the Plant Controller.

The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and planning, translating data into actionable insights, and guiding strategic investments.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
6–8 years of manufacturing performance analysis or related experience.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
Understanding of production processes and cost drivers.
Experience with SAP and performance management tools.

Responsibilities

Act as focal point for quantitative production performance management and monitor variances.
Develop, maintain, and validate production models for data accuracy.
Define and analyze production KPIs for transparency and comparability.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and SAF processes via KPI analysis.
Ensure coherence between production cycles and planning systems.
Identify performance gaps and quantify improvements.
Contribute to cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
Evaluate investments by estimating impacts on KPIs over time.
