Job summary

Sauer Brands, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to manage daily setup and operation of packaging equipment servicing condiment markets. You will follow GMP standards to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities include hands-on equipment operation, data entry of quality checks, and adherence to KPI targets while maintaining safety and teamwork on the Greenville, SC manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Machine operating experience preferred.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Able to stand for a full 10-hour shift.
• Dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and quality guidelines at all times.
• Set up, start up and operate packaging equipment daily.
• Enter quality and operational checks into data collection software.
• Meet KPI targets for department goals.
• Provide peer support for smooth department operation.
• Cross-train when available.

Job Summary

Daily setup and operation of packaging equipment servicing the condiment markets following industry standards for GMP

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Follow all Safety and Quality guidelines to protect the customer, yourself and fellow employees
• Daily hands-on setup, startup and operation of assigned equipment utilizing hand tools and data collections tools made available for safe and efficient operation
• Enter required Quality and Operational checks into the data collection software in use in a timely manner
• Learn, meet and sustain KPI’s set for department goals
• Provide peer support for successful department operation
• Engage in cross training when available

What We Are Looking For: Characteristics, skills, experience, education and performance history needed for success in the position

• High School Diploma required
• Machine Operating Experience preferred
• Must be detail orientated
• Able to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shift
• Quality driven, Self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Dependable & punctual
• Physical Capacities: Able to lift 30 lbs.
