Production Parts Associate

Location: Tucson, AZ

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st shift 7am-3:30pm

Looking for Production Parts Associate jobs in Tucson where hard work drives every shift? This opportunity lets you help manufacture quality products, support production goals, and contribute to a team that keeps operations running safely and efficiently. Responsible for receiving production lots, checking job requirements, inspecting parts for damage or issues, and processing parts through the degreasing operation. Ensures parts are properly cleaned, dried, organized, and moved to Sand Blast.

Job Duties

• Inspect and batch parts.
• Load and unload degreasing equipment.
• Run the required degreasing process.
• Check that parts are clean and dry.
• Complete required production entries.
• Perform daily equipment cleaning and basic PMs.
• Report any quality or equipment issues.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Parts Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
