Job summary

Fathom Digital Manufacturing in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Painter to finish parts through priming, lamination, gluing, sanding, and painting. The role rotates among tasks in the assembly process and requires attention to quality and proper surface preparation.

You will mix paints, mask parts, and operate spray equipment to apply coatings on multiple part types and colors during a shift. A focus on safety and clean work environments is essential.

Job/Position Summary

The Production Painter will be is responsible for finishing and painting a product or components of a product through priming, lamination, gluing, sanding, trimming, glazing, and other processes. May perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through all or most of them, rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis.

Painner Physical Demands

• Able to stand for 5 hours at a time
• Able to occasionally lift 45 lbs
• Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment needed for the position

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Hours 6a.m. - 2:30p.m. (Monday - Friday) OT Saturdays
