Responsibilities

• Paint a significant volume of work efficiently meeting Work Order standards.
• Paint surfaces with spray or powder gun.
• Regulate temperature and timing of bake oven.
• Remove articles from drying racks when dry and appropriately stack them on pallets if required.
• Monitor other painters so workmanship and quality levels are maintained.
• Monitor and communicate consumable material needs.
• Work is consistently accurate, thorough, and neat.
• Operate equipment at a safe high level to perform daily assignments efficiently.
• Operate tools needed to perform tasks at hand.
• Read and follow prints with minimal supervision.
• Understand decimal conversion for time keeping and material accuracy.
• Excels at painting skills to maximize equipment and processes.
• Responsible for knowing and keeping painting equipment safety procedures.
