Wil-Ro, Inc. is seeking a Production Painter in Gallatin, TN for 2nd or 3rd shift. You will perform production painting in a manufacturing setting, using gravity-feed and pressure-fed systems, and work with bedliners.

Responsibilities include bodywork prep, wet sanding, and buffing to achieve high-quality finishes. The role requires experience with different paints, attention to detail, and adherence to OSHA respirator and facial hair standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with production painting in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with various paint types and application systems.
• Bodywork and surface prep experience required.
• Understanding of gravity-feed/pressure-fed guns and bedliner systems.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on quality control.
• Experience with wet sanding and buffing.
• Ability to mix paints per manufacturer guidelines.
• Comfortable in high-heat environments and clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform production painting in a manufacturing environment.
