Job summary

Wil-Ro, Inc. in Gallatin, TN, is seeking a production painter for 2nd or 3rd shift to paint truck bodies using single-stage urethane paints. The role includes bodywork, prep, and applying bedliner, with a focus on quality and workstation cleanliness.

You will operate gravity-feed and pressure-fed paint systems, perform wet sanding and buffing, and work in a high-heat environment. OSHA safety rules apply, and benefits are provided after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with painting systems (single-stage urethane) and prep work.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

Expectations And Responsibilities

2nd Shift 2:15pm - 10:45pm 3rd Shift 10:30pm - 7:00 am

• Production painting in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with different types of paint- Comfortable with single-stage urethane paint
• Bodywork and prep experience
• Understanding of the following application systems (gravity-feed paint gun, pressure-fed paint system, bedliner)
• Detail-oriented and a focus on quality
• Wet sanding and buffing experience
• Mixing paint according to manufacturer guidelines
• Comfortable working in high-heat environments
• Cleanliness of workspace and equipment

Requirements

• Must wear OSHA standard respirator mask while painting.
• Must comply with OSHA standards for facial hair requirements.

• Pay based on experience.
