The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with 3+ years in a paint environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential. OT may be available on Fridays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations by loading materials, inspecting finished goods, and helping meet production goals.
• Operate production equipment and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Follow established work instructions and safety protocols to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Read blueprints, BOMs, routings, and specifications to ensure accurate work.
