Job summary

QPS Employment Group has a direct hire opportunity for a Paint Prepper / Final Assembler in Liberty, MO. Earn $18.00-$20.00 per hour on either 1st or 2nd shift, with hours from 6:00am-4:30pm or 4:30pm-3:00am, Monday through Thursday.

The role involves preparing products for painting, moving to the paint booth, and removing tape after drying. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and willing to overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, multi-tasking candidate with a strong work ethic.
• Willing to work overtime, including extended hours and weekends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical courses/education preferred.
• Able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the product for painting by washing, masking, sanding and caulking per instructions.
• Move product to the paint booth.
• Remove all tape and paper after the product is completely dry.
