dsm-firmenich AG is seeking a Production Packer for the 1st shift in Princeton, NJ. You will weigh and fill liquid chemical materials, ensure accurate labeling, and maintain inventory via MES and SAP systems.

Responsibilities include scanning, validating quantities, and ensuring safety protocols. The role requires standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or manufacturing experience.
• 1 year chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
• Must be able to tolerate strong odors and allergens.
• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and fill liquid chemical materials into containers according to instructions and recipes.
• Follow packing procedures including scanning to validate materials and verify quantities.
• Utilize Weight Assisted Computer, MES and SAP to log inventory and pack-out data.
• Ensure proper labeling: printing/reprinting labels and correct label placement.
• Close containers with proper crimping and tamper-evident seals.
