Flowly Solutions is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Roseville, CA. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on accurate order fulfillment and daily operations.

You will pick, pack, and prepare orders, receive freight, operate manual pallet jacks, verify counts, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while meeting daily deadlines. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely manner.
• Receive and process incoming freight, ensuring items are correctly unpacked, sorted, and stored.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles manually or by operating manual pallet jacks.
• Verify product counts, labels, and item numbers against packing slips and digital order sheets.
• Organize warehouse shelving and pallets to optimize storage space and keep aisles clear.
• Collaborate with the shipping and receiving teams to meet daily fulfillment deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with all company safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or physical retail environment is preferred but not required (we are willing to train the right person).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and quality control.
• Familiarity with basic RF scanners or warehouse inventory software is a plus.
• Ability to read order sheets, match product codes accurately, and perform basic math for physical counts.
• Dependable transportation to guarantee consistent daily attendance and punctuality.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the duration of the shift.
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Weekends off)
