Lone Star Bakery, Inc. is a fast-paced, family-owned, growing business looking for Production Packers. The Bakery can operate up to 24 hours so all shifts are available.

The rate of pay for Packers begins at $14.00/hour with additional $1.00/hour for 2nd & 3rd shifts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Packages, unloads, and assembles production goods.
2. Transfers work-in-process from conveyors to other areas of assembly.
3. Inspects production goods, containers, and packaging materials and ensures that they meet Company standards.

Abilities

1. Ability to team-lift up to 50 pounds.
2. Ability to be on feet all day and perform walking, stooping, and bending functions as required.
3. Ability to work at a steady and continuous pace and to keep up with manufacturing production.
4. Ability to focus on safety and work as a team.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
