Production & Packaging Supervisor

Full-Time | Direct Hire | Manufacturing / Warehouse Operations

Dubuque, IA

We are seeking a Production & Packaging Supervisor to oversee warehouse inventory, production operations, and lead a team of employees in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, ensuring food safety standards, and overseeing daily operations to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability
• Coordinate blending and production schedules to meet customer demands
• Support warehouse operations, including incoming/outgoing product verification and inventory control
• Maintain warehouse organization, sanitation, and equipment condition
• Utilize inventory systems (JDE experience preferred) to manage inventory movement and adjustments
• Supervise daily production and packaging operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
• Lead, train, and support a team of approximately 12 production employees
• Maintain production records, cycle counts, and physical inventory programs
• Partner with Quality Assurance to maintain product quality and food safety standards
• Promote workplace organization and continuous improvement initiatives (5S)
• Follow all health, safety, and food safety procedures
