Job summary

DITSCH USA in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Production Associate to help package materials and finished products in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will operate equipment, stage materials, and support safety, food safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Responsibilities include weighing, labeling, loading, and ensuring GMP/SQF compliance. The role requires reading English documents, strong attention to detail, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse or factory experience, packaging goods for shipment.
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Pack, weigh, and label items for shipment per instructions.
• Operate metal detectors, tape machine, and label machine.
• Follow GMPs and SQF policies and procedures.
• Conduct quality checks for damage, seal integrity, and weights.
• Stage materials and load raw materials into production equipment.
• Move materials using pallet jacks and maintain equipment readiness.
• Identify and report equipment issues and assist with sanitation.
