Job summary

Truvant is seeking a Production Associate to inspect, package and palletize products per customer specifications. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, verifying materials, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with supervisors and QC on sanitation and USDA readiness.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work as part of a team, and adherence to GMPs and safety standards. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to learn multiple production lines.

Qualifications

• 1 year’s manufacturing experience preferred.
• On the job training provided.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and/or shutdown of all equipment in production room.
• Report sanitation issues to supervisor and QC.
• Verify USDA readiness where applicable.
• Ensure correct product and materials are in room and clean areas.
• Cross-train new Production Associates on machines.
• Maintain rework records and ensure rework is online at end of day’s production run.
