Job summary

Truvant in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Associate to support the packaging and palletizing of products according to customer specs. You will operate production equipment, monitor quality, and maintain clean areas.

This role includes on-the-job training, daily shift duties, and adherence to GMP and USDA food safety requirements. A retention bonus is offered and the position requires reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred
• On the job training provided
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with co-workers in a courteous and professional manner
• Ability to effectively function as a team player
• Skill in operating various equipment as needed
• Ability to adhere to GMPs, USDA, and food safety policies

Responsibilities

• Set up and shutdown of all equipment in the production room
• Address sanitation issues with supervisor and QC
• Verify product and materials in room
• Keep production areas clean and safe
• Solve machine issues and communicate problems to supervisor
• Maintain rework online at end of shift
• Cross-train new Production Associates on machines
• Other duties as assigned
