Job summary

Truvant is seeking a detail‑oriented manufacturing worker to inspect, package and palletize products to customer specifications. You will complete required paperwork, monitor weights and counts, and identify defects on the production floor.

The role requires basic experience in manufacturing and on‑the‑job training is provided. You will operate a pallet jack and work in a team environment with adherence to safety and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• On‑the‑job training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to adhere to safety, ISO, GMP, USDA policies.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

• One year of hands-on experience in manufacturing preferred but not required

• Skill in operating various equipment as needed to perform the job

• Ability to adhere to all regulatory and company policies, procedures, work instructions including but not limited to: Truvant policies, customer specific policies, ISO, GMP’s, USDA, regulatory food safety and food defense

• Must be able to work in various environments based on building location and products.
