Job summary

Atlas Staffing, Inc. in Nampa, Idaho is seeking dedicated Production/Food Processing associates to join our team. You will help ensure finished products meet quality standards and are properly identified.

The role offers 10–12 hour shifts across 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, with full-time or part-time options and weekend availability. Work is in a refrigerated, wet environment, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience with cleaning, chemical handling or general labor is a plus.
• Food safety knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet efficiency targets while producing high quality products.
• Ensure products are properly sealed and labeled.
• Prepare correct packages and boxes.
• Load and operate machines at set speeds with minimal stops.
• Complete CCP and line operation paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and promote safe practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform sanitation duties as assigned.
• Use SDS and chemicals correctly and safely.

Job description

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production/Food Processing associates to join our team. We are a food processing plant in Nampa ID. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our finished products meet quality standards and are accurately identified.

Schedules: 1st, 2nd and 3rdshifts available: Fulltime & Parttime available
Must be available to work any day of the week including weekends

• Schedule: 10:30am - 8:00pm
• Schedule: 2:15pm - 10:45pm
• Schedule: 10:15pm - 6:45am

Availability: Must have availability from Monday-Sunday and able to work 10 to12 hour shifts as needed, any day of the week.

Job will require standing throughout a 10-12 hour shift in a refrigerated cold, wet and damp warehouse.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Meet efficiency budget levels while producing high quality products.
• Ensure the food productis properly sealed before placing it in correct containers.
• Prepares correct packages and boxes.
• Loads and operates machines at a set speed and with minimal stops during process.
• Accurately complete associated CCP (Critical Control Point) and line operation paperwork while maintaining efficiencies.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Interact with associates to maintain efficient process flow.
• Weigh food product.
• Maintain open line of communication with all line workers and supervisor.
• Perform sanitation duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper use, identification, mixture, and application of chemicals, including the requirements and use of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Perform other work duties as assigned.

Education

• High School Diploma or completion of GED preferred by not required.

Experience

• Experience in general cleaning, chemical handling and general labor, with food safety knowledge preferred.
