Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking reliable individuals for fast-paced food and beverage production roles in a growing company. After evaluation, benefits including medical/dental, PTO, holidays and bonus opportunities may be available.

1st and 3rd shifts are offered to support production needs and ensure continuous supply. Positions involve producing, packaging and preparing product for shipment, with duties that may include labeling, inspecting and boxing.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of prior experience in a Food or Beverage production plant.
• Willingness to work in a cold-room environment (42°F/5.5°C).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

Positions on 1st, and 3rd shifts are available.

Position Overview:

The Production Associate will work closely with other team members to produce, package and prepare product for shipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work as a member of a multi-person team in a fast-paced production environment


• Duties can include food/beverage processing, labeling, inspecting and boxing product


• Ability to stand for long periods of time; occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds


• May require working in a refrigerated area (cold room)

What We Look for in Food/Beverage Production Associates

• MUST HAVE at least 6 months of prior experience working in a Food or Beverage production plant


• Willingness to work in a cold-room environment (42°F/5.5°C)


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs/22.6 Kg unassisted


• Mechanical aptitude a must


• High school (GED equivalent)

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $19.50 (depending on shift)

Schedule:Varies

• 1st shift: 6:00 am - 6:30 pm


• 3rd shift: 6:00 pm - 6:30 am
