Job summary

QPS Employment Group has a Production Packager position available in Winnebago, IL. The role involves packaging finished products, following detailed work orders, and ensuring quality standards are met. Training is provided with opportunities to be hired by the company.

The position offers 1st or 3rd shift (6:45am-3:15pm or 10:45pm-7:00am), on-site work, and overtime on Saturdays as needed. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $17.50 per hour with benefits upon hire.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions
• Attention to quality control and accurate data entry

Responsibilities

• Package products on multiple production lines following work orders
• Inspect parts for quality and count accurately
• Lift and maneuver window profiles (5–13 lbs) and secure into boxes
• Maintain safe, clean workspace and adhere to safety protocols
